Intro to Asamyukta Hastas, Pāda Bhedas, leg postures, head movements, basic theory.
Samyukta Hastas, eye & neck movements, expanded theory.
Apply hand gestures in Shlokas; intro to written theory (fill blanks, MCQ, match, short notes).
Formal written exams; long & medium questions; deeper study (Natya Shastra, Abhinaya Darpanam).
Each class runs for 1 hour:
- 15 min – Exercises & warm-up
- 30 min – Practical dance (Adavus, items, choreography)
- 15 min – Theory (Oral + written knowledge)
